The Story

Running Walking Sports Functional patterns

By understanding the way that your body currently works and moves, you will learn how to make adjustments in order to move optimally in your favorite sport, exercise, and daily life. Along the way, we will work on balancing asymmetries and providing solutions to movement problems so that you can achieve higher physical function while decreasing any existing pain and preventing injury.

Enjoying what you do will encourage you to continue your journey with strength and excitement. This is why I take the time to understand each client as an individual – figuring out their learning process, strengths, goals, and obstacles. Then, I create the training plan that best meets their needs.
